And your people call it a lie and it is the very truth. Say: I am not placed in charge of you.

And when Ibrahim said to his sire, Azar: Do you take idols for gods? Surely I see you and your people in manifest error.

And We ordained for him in the tablets admonition of every kind and clear explanation of all things; so take hold of them with firmness and enjoin your people to take hold of what is best thereof; I will show you the abode of the transgressors.

And it was revealed to Nuh: That none of your people will believe except those who have already believed, therefore do not grieve at what they do:

These are announcements relating to the unseen which We reveal to you, you did not know them-- (neither) you nor your people-- before this; therefore be patient; surely the end is for those who guard (against evil).

And certainly We sent Musa with Our communications, saying: Bring forth your people from utter darkness into light and remind them of the days of Allah; most surely there are signs in this for every patient, grateful one.

And what caused you to hasten from your people, O Musa?

He said: So surely We have tried your people after you, and the Samiri has led them astray.

And most surely it is a reminder for you and your people, and you shall soon be questioned.

And when a description of the son of Marium is given, lo! your people raise a clamor thereat.

Surely We sent Nuh to his people, saying: Warn your people before there come upon them a painful chastisement.
