أَهْلَكْنَٰهَآ

Appears 2 times in the Quran. (Root: هلك)

21:6 مَآ ءَامَنَتْ قَبْلَهُم مِّن قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَٰهَآ أَفَهُمْ يُؤْمِنُونَ

There did not believe before them any town which We destroyed, will they then believe?
21:95 وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ

And it is binding on a town which We destroy that they shall not return.
