قبل وحي حكم

42:3 كَذَٰلِكَ يُوحِىٓ إِلَيْكَ وَإِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ

Thus does Allah, the Mighty, the Wise, reveal to you, and (thus He revealed) to those before you.
