Appears 4 times in the Quran.

1. 20:85 قَالَ فَإِنَّا قَدْ فَتَنَّا قَوْمَكَ مِنۢ بَعْدِكَ وَأَضَلَّهُمُ ٱلسَّامِرِىُّ

   He said: So surely We have tried your people after you, and the Samiri has led them astray.
   

2. 20:87 قَالُوا۟ مَآ أَخْلَفْنَا مَوْعِدَكَ بِمَلْكِنَا وَلَٰكِنَّا حُمِّلْنَآ أَوْزَارًا مِّن زِينَةِ ٱلْقَوْمِ فَقَذَفْنَٰهَا فَكَذَٰلِكَ أَلْقَى ٱلسَّامِرِىُّ

   They said: We did not break (our) promise to you of our own accord, but we were made to bear the burdens of the ornaments of the people, then we made a casting of them, and thus did the Samiri suggest.
   

3. 20:95 قَالَ فَمَا خَطْبُكَ يَٰسَٰمِرِىُّ

   He said: What was then your object, O Samiri?
   

4. 23:67 مُسْتَكْبِرِينَ بِهِۦ سَٰمِرًا تَهْجُرُونَ

   In arrogance; talking nonsense about the Quran, and left him like one telling fables by night.
