كَرِيم

Appears 30 times in the Quran. (Root: كرم)
  1. If you shun the great sins which you are forbidden, We will do away with your small sins and cause you to enter an honorable place of entering.

  2. These are the believers in truth; they shall have from their Lord exalted grades and forgiveness and an honorable sustenance.

  3. And (as for) those who believed and fled and struggled hard in Allah's way, and those who gave shelter and helped, these are the believers truly; they shall have forgiveness and honorable provision.

  4. So when she heard of their sly talk she sent for them and prepared for them a repast, and gave each of them a knife, and said (to Yusuf): Come forth to them. So when they saw him, they deemed him great, and cut their hands (in amazement), and said: Remote is Allah (from inperfection); this is not a mortal; this is but a noble angel.

  5. And your Lord has commanded that you shall not serve (any) but Him, and goodness to your parents. If either or both of them reach old age with you, say not to them (so much as) "Ugh" nor chide them, and speak to them a generous word.

  6. Then (as for) those who believe and do good, they shall have forgiveness and an honorable sustenance.

  7. So exalted be Allah, the True King; no god is there but He, the Lord of the honorable dominion.

  8. Bad women .are for bad men and bad men are for bad women. Good women are for good men and good men are for good women

  9. And they who do not bear witness to what is false, and when they pass by what is vain, they pass by nobly.

  10. Do they not see the earth, how many of every noble kind We have caused to grow in it?

  11. And treasures and goodly dwellings,

  12. She said: O chief! surely an honorable letter has been delivered to me

  13. One who had the knowledge of the Book said: I will bring it to you in the twinkling of an eye. Then when he saw it settled beside him, he said: This is of the grace of my Lord that He may try me whether I am grateful or ungrateful; and whoever is grateful, he is grateful only for his own soul, and whoever is ungrateful, then surely my Lord is Self-sufficient, Honored.

  14. He created the heavens without pillars as you see them, and put mountains upon the earth lest it might convulse with you, and He spread in it animals of every kind; and We sent down water from the cloud, then caused to grow therein (vegetation) of every noble kind.

  15. And whoever of you is obedient to Allah and His Messenger and does good, We will give to her her reward doubly, and We have prepared for her an honorable sustenance.

  16. Their salutation on the day that they meet Him shall be, Peace, and He has prepared for them an honourable reward.

  17. That He may reward those who believe and do good; these it is for whom is forgiveness and an honorable sustenance.

  18. You can only warn him who follows the reminder and fears the Beneficent Allah in secret; so announce to him forgiveness and an honorable reward.

  19. And certainly We tried before them the people of Firon, and there came to them a noble messenger,

  20. And cornfields and noble places!

  21. Taste; you forsooth are the mighty, the honorable:

  22. Neither cool nor honorable.

  23. Most surely it is an honored Quran,

  24. Who is there that will offer to Allah a good gift so He will double it for him, and he shall have an excellent reward.

  25. Surely (as for) the charitable men and the charitable women and (those who) set apart for Allah a goodly portion, it shall be doubled for them and they shall have a noble reward.

  26. Most surely, it is the Word brought by an honored Messenger,

  27. Noble, virtuous.

  28. Most surely it is the Word of an honored messenger,

  29. O man ! what has beguiled you from your Lord, the Gracious one,
