قرر هوي

54:3 وَكَذَّبُوا۟ وَٱتَّبَعُوٓا۟ أَهْوَآءَهُمْ وَكُلُّ أَمْرٍ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ

And they call (it) a lie, and follow their low desires; and every affair has its appointed term.
