Allah makes to pass away and establishes what He pleases, and with Him is the basis of the Book.

Allah confirms those who believe with the sure word in this world's life and in the hereafter, and Allah causes the unjust to go astray, and Allah does what He pleases.

And had it not been that We had already established you, you would certainly have been near to incline to them a little;
